Barbara Fatina

CFO

Barbara is a CPA with extensive experience in general management, finance, operations, and information technology. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Operations and CFO for Verety LLC, an Oak Brook, Ill., start-up venture serving the quick service restaurant industry, where she was instrumental in developing a 10-year business plan and capital model that contributed to growth of more 80%.

She also has deep energy industry experience, having served in three positions at Exelon Energy Co. from 1999 to 2005, most recently as Vice President and General Manager. Prior to that, she was Managing Director of Operations at Illinova Energy Partners. She held other management positions in the utility, gaming, and health care industries.

Barbara has a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting and Business Information Sequence from Illinois State University and an MBA in Finance from DePaul University.
