Herb Munsterman

VP and General Counsel

Herb is an experienced general corporate attorney and a registered patent attorney with law firm and corporate in-house experience. Prior to joining DDCE, he was Associate General Counsel at UOP LLC, a technology licensor to the refining and petrochemical's industries. His background includes extensive international experience in Europe and Asia. Herb holds a law degree from Drake University and an M.S. in Biotechnology from Northwestern University. He is a member of the American Chemical Society.

Reporting to the CEO, Herb leads DDCE's strategic legal efforts for licensing comprehensive solutions for cellulosic ethanol production and serves as the company's chief lawyer.
